Directions to TWCD Offices at
The Sammons Center for the Arts


The historic Turtle Creek Pump Station building is the home of Sammons Center for the Arts, and in turn, The Women's Chorus of Dallas.  The building is perched on a hill overlooking Oak Lawn Avenue and Harry Hines Blvd, on the north edge of Downtown Dallas.

The following directions will help you find our offices, but you should plan extra time to find the building prior to rehearsals, appointments, or auditions.

North on I-35E (From Oak Cliff/Duncanville)

Take Exit #430A to Oak Lawn Avenue

Turn Right onto Oak Lawn Ave.

Take the ramp on your Right towards Harry Hines Blvd. (loop)

At the stop sign, turn left onto Harry Hines Blvd.

Make a U-Turn at the Houston St. stoplight. 

Make an immediate right into the Sammons Center.


South on I-35E (From Farmers Branch/Las Colinas)

Take Exit #430A to Oak Lawn Avenue

Turn Left onto Oak Lawn Ave.

Take the ramp on your Right towards Harry Hines Blvd. (loop)

At the stop sign, turn left onto Harry Hines Blvd.

Make a U-Turn at the Houston St. stoplight. 

Make an immediate right into the Sammons Center.


 

South on the Dallas North Tollway (From Frisco/Addison)

Take the Oak Lawn Ave Exit.

Turn Right on Oak Lawn Ave.

Immediately take the ramp on your right to Harry Hines Blvd.

At the stop sign, turn left onto Harry Hines Blvd.

Make a U-Turn at the Houston St. stoplight.

Make an immediate right into the Sammons Center.

East on Oak Lawn Ave (From Irving Blvd/Riverfront Blvd)

Cross under I-35E

Take the ramp on your Right towards Harry Hines Blvd. (loop)

At the stop sign, turn left onto Harry Hines Blvd.

Make a U-Turn at the Houston St. stoplight. 

Make an immediate right into the Sammons Center.


 

West on Oak Lawn Ave (from Maple Ave/Cedar Springs Rd)

Cross under the Dallas North Tollway bridge.

Immediately take the ramp on your right to Harry Hines Blvd.

At the stop sign, turn left onto Harry Hines Blvd.

Make a U-Turn at the Houston St. stoplight.

Make an immediate right into the Sammons Center.



South on I-75 (From Plano/Richardson)

Take Exit #1A towards Waco (I-35E S) onto Woodall Rodgers Fwy.

Take the Pearl St. Exit

Turn Right on Pearl St.

Continue onto McKinnon St.

At the fork, stay left onto Harry Hines Blvd.

Pass the Houston St. stoplight.

Make an immediate right into the Sammons Center.
